Each summer is its own “story”—and what a ride
2018 was!
We are real believers that Laurel is a place that brings out the best in people!
Can you take the best version of YOU that exists at Laurel in the summer—and keep that spirit and mentality going the other 10 months? Please remember this throughout the “off season” and challenge yourselves in the winter to be the “person” you are at Laurel.
• Be kinder than necessary...
• Remember to “make the uncool cool”...
• Apologize and take accountability for mistakes you might make...(we all make them)
• Let your guard down and be less concerned about “what someone might be thinking”...
• Take safe risks and try new things...
• “Model” a great attitude for those around you...
• Create the fun and Be The Difference...
Counting down the days until we gather as one at the Council Fire...and sing “Hello...Camper Hello...”
